Overview – What is Pupil Premium?
The pupil premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils of all abilities and to close the gaps between them and their peers. Pupil premium funding is available to children who:

Who have been in receipt of free school meals (FSM) at any point in the past six years

Who have been looked after by the local authority for one day or more

Who are adopted or under a special guardianship or residence order

Who are the children of Armed Service men and women
