National Tutoring Programme

At North Walkden we have utilised the grant available through the NTP to supplement childrens learning through School Led Tutoring, employing Flying High to provide additional small group lessons.  The sessions are designed to target those children who need additional support to raise their attainment levels in the area's required, driven by the schools data and as detailed on the Schools Improvement Plan.  The NTP grant subsidises the costs of additional tuition.

In 21-22 we tutored children in years 5 & 6 in english

In 22-23 we tutored year 3 and 4 with reading

In 23-24 we are tutoring year 4 and 5 maths
